Managing agents that are full TPI members (not Associates) and manage between 1001 – 2,000 units.

Managing agents can enter themselves for this award – they do not need to be nominated.

Judging criteria

The judges will be looking for evidence to support your entry in the following areas:

• Strategic vision
• Focus on clients’ needs
• Operational excellence and how it represented good value for money
• Excellence in leaseholder communications
• Efficient handling of enquiries
• Staff training/development
• A summary of why you think you should win this award
