Who should enter?
This is an individual award for a TPI Member (or employee of a member), Associate or Partner company who have demonstrated excellence in customer service.
Nomination criteria
Individuals can self-nominate or be nominated by a TPI member.
Judging criteria
The judges will be looking for evidence to support your entry in the following areas:
- Evidence which demonstrates quality of service.
- Examples of excellence in customer service.
- Evidence of difficult challenges that were faced and overcome
- Evidence of best practice in client communications.
- Evidence of staff training/development.
