Resident Engagement Initiative Of The Year - NEW

Who should enter?

This category is open to TPI Company Members, Partners or TPI Individual members working with residents or RMC/RTM companies who can evidence boosted engagement among resident communities and an improved resident experience. This could be in relation to resident engagement within the scope of building safety, or otherwise.

Nomination criteria

Firms can self-nominate or be nominated by a TPI Member (Including by a TPI RMC/RTM member or a resident of TPI-managed blocks).

Judging criteria

The judges will be looking for evidence to support your entry in the following areas:

• Evidence of strategic and innovative thinking to boost engagement with resident communities in relation to building safety and/or building a better sense of community
• Examples of successful resident events or initiatives and KPIs
• Positive resident testimonials
• Examples of how engagement initiative(s) has led to an improved resident experience and contributed to the successful running of a block
• Evidence of transparency through a commitment to educate and inform residents
