Who should enter?
This is an individual award for TPI Company Member employees or Individual TPI Members based on-site (e.g. concierge, porter, caretaker, estate manager, etc) at a property managed by a TPI member.
Nomination criteria
Entries for this award need to be nominated by a colleague and approved by a director.
Judging criteria
The judges will be looking for evidence to support your entry in the following areas:
- Skill in performing role
- Responding to leaseholder needs
- Approachable and demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude
- Specific challenges that were overcome
- A summary of why you think your nominee should win this award
